Yushiro is the traveling companion of Tamayo and a close ally of Tanjiro Kamado. He was turned into a demon by Tamayo when he had a terminal illness. Yushiro is brash, hot-tempered, and confrontational. As a demon his strength is unknown - however he has lived for a long time under Tamayo, who is herself a deceptively strong demon.
