Ulti is one of the Tobiroppo, the six strongest Shinuchi of the Beasts Pirates. She is also a supporting antagonist in the Wano Country Arc.
Her hair reaches near her mid-back and forms rounded locks mainly blue in coloration, but with thin, pink-colored streaks running through - plus a single white one over her left eye. Blunt bangs fall on her forehead, split near the left, and an ahoge stands up on her head. Ulti's eyes are large, round, fringed by long lashes, and encompass violet irises. Her lower face up to the nose is covered by a pink mask with a scalloped edge, trimmed with a white stripe.
