The Saiyan Turles was once a member of the Saiyan Army under the Frieza Force until he went rogue and ventured off into the cosmos where he conquered planets for himself alongside his group of henchmen known as the Turles Crusher Corps.
His Kill Driver technique is a ring of energy with sparking electricity that is thrown at an enemy. The resulting explosion is quite powerful, and apparently enough to kill a Great Ape. The downside of this technique is that the center of the ring is empty, meaning that if the targets are small enough, they would just slip past the hollow center and be unharmed by the attack.
