Burst Sphere is a technique used by Son Goku in his Super Saiyan form in Dragon Ball Z: The Return of Cooler. Goku raises one hand in the air and creates a yellow sphere of ki. Then he throws it at the opponent, causing the sphere to disappear into the opponent's body and create a brightly colored explosion
Goku prepares this attack to defeat Cooler, however he is briefly stopped when Meta-Cooler Core takes on his Battle Form and restrains him. After Vegeta cuts off Meta-Cooler Core's arm with an Energy Slash, Goku throws the Ki Burst Sphere inside Meta-Cooler Core, causing him to explode.
