Osaragi is a young beautiful woman with straight black hair, a playful demeanor, and a love of sweets. She wears a dark purple dress with floral mesh sleeves, a transparent veil over her head, and black shoes akin to someone attending a funeral.
As a member of the Order, Osaragi is a highly skilled combatant. In battle she uses a unique retractable buzzsaw as her primary weapon. She uses it in close range as a normal buzzsaw, and for medium range she uses the cord to hurl the saw around like a flail, wrapping it around objects and pulling it back to deliver unpredictable attacks from different angles.
