Nappa is a Saiyan warrior from Planet Vegeta, and Vegeta's partner in combat. Prior to the destruction of Planet Vegeta, Nappa was the general of the Saiyan Army and aide/partner to the young prince, Vegeta. After his race's demise, he, along with Vegeta and Raditz, worked as soldiers directly under Frieza, which led him to Earth.
Nappa's Break Cannon (Bureiku Kyanon) is his ultimate techinique. He powers up and opens his mouth to charge an energy sphere. Then, he fires the energy sphere in the form of an energy wave at the opponent, inflicting massive amounts of damage. Nappa uses a weaker version of this move on Chiaotzu, then later uses it during his battle against Goku. Goku counters with a Kamehameha, and the two energy waves collide, resulting in a huge explosion.
