Monkey D. Luffy, also known as 'Straw Hat Luffy' is the founder and captain of the increasingly infamous and powerful Straw Hat Pirates. He is often seen wearing shorts with cuffs, sandals, and a red vest. During the Wano Country arc, however, he swapped his regular sash and pants for a purple and orange-brown one respectively.
