Monkey D. Luffy, also known as 'Straw Hat Luffy' is the founder and captain of the increasingly infamous and powerful Straw Hat Pirates. During the Wano Country arc, Luffy wore a long, dark-colored coat over his usual attire. He also swapped his regular sash and pants for a purple and orange-brown one respectively.
