Final Spirit Canon is is an Energy Sphere/Energy Wave used by Bardock. To unleash it, he puts his hand forward and charges a blue energy sphere. Then, he draws his arm back, and then he brings his hand forward and fires the attack at the opponent, inflicting a great deal of damage.
During his battle with Gas, Bardock employs the Final Spirit Cannon as a last resort after boosting his power beyond its limits, allowing him to reach a stalemate with Gas, and to protect Monaito and Granolah. Bardock also uses the Final Spirit Cannon in his final stand against Frieza. The tyrant's Supernova ends up absorbing the attack, obliterating Bardock and the Frieza Force soldiers he was fighting, before slamming into Planet Vegeta and destroying it and its inhabitants, seemingly completing the Genocide of the Saiyans.
