Anya Forger is a student in Cecile Hall at Eden Academy, the adopted daughter of Loid and Yor Forger, and a telepath. In appearance, she is a short young girl with fair skin and green eyes that are large and oval-shaped. Her shoulder-length, light pink hair curls inwards with a fringe that reaches just above her eyes.

Anya is capable of reading the minds of other people and animals, though her abilities have limits. She finds it difficult to understand complicated minds (such as Loid's), and when she reads the minds of people with excessively strong emotions, like Yuri and Fiona, it causes a reaction similar to a heartburn.
